A new wording of Sanitas AB articles of association was registered

Register of Legal Entities of Republic of Lithuania registered a new wording
of Sanitas AB articles of association, which was approved by General
Shareholders Meeting held on October 27, 2008 (enclosed). 
After the registration of articles of association the address of Company's
registered office has changed from Vytauto ave. 3, Kaunas to Veiveriu str. 134
B, Kaunas.
