Agenda and proposals - Annual General Meeting 3 March 2010

Please find attached the final agenda and proposals to the Annual General
Meeting of Marel, to be held on 3 March 2010. 

The only change from the draft agenda and proposals, published on 9 February
2010 is that it is now proposed that the number of Directors of the Company
from 6 to 7-9, instead from 6 to 8.
