Unaudited Performance Results of Panevėžio statybos trestas AB and the Group for the First Half of 2013

Referring to the unaudited data, during six months of this year Panevėžio
statybos trestas AB (PST) Group was on the income of 147.6 mln. Litas (42.75
Euros), that is by 32.5 per cents more than last year. The first half of the
year 2013 was loss-making for the Group. The before-tax loss for six months of
the year amounted to 3.4 mln. Litas (1 mln. Euros). The company was on the
income of 112 mln. Litas (32.45 Euros) and incurred the before-tax loss in the
amount of 1.034 mln. Litas (0.299 mln. Euros) for the first half of the year. 

The results of the Group were mainly conditioned by conversion of Rubles to
Litas in the balance sheets of the branches and subsidiary companies of PST AB
located in Russia. The loss in financial activities incurred in the second
quarter due to the significant devaluation of Russian Ruble amounted to 4.1
mln. Litas.
