TEO LT, AB - Notification on material event

Teo will prepare and release its Interim information

Following the requirement set in the amended part 1 of the Article 24 of the
Securities Law of the Republic of Lithuania, we hereby inform that Teo Group
will prepare an Interim consolidated information and will release it according
to the rules provided by the legal acts. 



As it was announced earlier, Teo Group financial results in 2016 will be
released according to the following: 

- Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for 12 months of 2015 – January 29

- Annual audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the year 2015 – March 18

- Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for 3 months of 2016 – April 20

- Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for 6 months of 2016 – July 20

- Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for 9 months of 2016 – October 21.
