INVL Baltic Real Estate - Notification on material event

New wording of Articles of Association of INVL Baltic Real Estate AB was registered

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2016-03-09 08:35 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 
INVL Baltic Real Estate AB (the “Company”) hereby informs that on 8 March 2016
the increased authorized capital of the Company and its new wording of Articles
of Association has been registered with the Register of Legal Entities. 

During the public offering of shares the Company has allotted 22,523,748 units
of new shares, the issue price of which was EUR 0.40, the total issue price –
EUR 9,009,499.20. 

Following the increase of the authorised capital of the Company it is equal to
EUR 19,067,500 and is divided into 65,750,000 units of shares, which grant
65,750,000 votes. Nominal value per share – EUR 0.29. 

The Company also informs that on 8 March 2016 the Central Securities Depository
of Lithuania announced a stock event regarding registration of the new shares
(22,523,748 units). Taking into consideration the aforementioned, on 10 March
2016 the new shares should be registered with the depository and automatically
introduced into trading on the Secondary List of AB Nasdaq Vilnius.
