Re The Serbian Privatisation Agency appeals the judgment of the Commercial Court of Belgrade (Serbia)

Alytus, Lithuania, 2012-11-21 15:15 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 20 November 2012
representatives of Company group ALITA AB (the Company) received a notice from
the Commercial Court of Belgrade (Serbia) stating that the Serbian
Privatisation Agency has submitted an appeal against the judgment of the
Commercial Court of Belgrade dated 10 September 2012 (received by the Company
on 2 November 2012 and announced by the Company on 6 November 2012).
