THE ORGANISATION OF ORAVA RESIDENTIAL REIT PLC BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND THE FIRST
QUARTER DIVIDENDS 



At its meeting held after the Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors
elected amongst its members Jouni Torasvirta as the chairman and Patrik
Hertsberg as the deputy chairman of the Board of Directors. 

The dividends per share of Orava Residential REIT plc (trading code OREIT, ISIN
code FI4000068614) to be paid on 4 April 2016 is EUR 0.27. Ex-dividend date is
23 March 2016 and the record date is 24 March 2016. The dividends total EUR
2,248,443.09. 

The payment dates of quarterly dividends in 2016 are 30 June 2016, 30 September
2016 and 30 December 2016. 

Shares with the trading code OREITN0116 (ISIN-code FI4000197942) do not entitle
their holders to dividends in 2016.
