Regarding election of the new member of the Board of the company

Alytus, Lithuania, 2012-03-16 10:49 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 15 March 2012
the Supervisory Board of the company group ALITA AB (hereinafter, the
“Company”), taking into consideration the received resignation letter of
Martynas Grigalavičius the member of the Board of the Company, decided: 

1) to revoke Martynas Grigalavičius from the position of the member of the
Board of the Company; 

2) to elect Ramunė Petravičienė as a member of the Board of the Company till
the expiry of the term of office of the current Board.
