Tieto issues a EUR 100 million bond

Tieto Corporation STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 16 May 2013, 4.00 pm EET

Tieto Corporation issues a senior unsecured bond of EUR 100 million. The
six-year bond matures on 23 May 2019 and it carries a fixed annual interest at
the rate of 2.875%. The offering was well oversubscribed and it was allocated
to approximately 70 investors. The company will apply for the listing of the
bond on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki. 

The proceeds from the bond offering will be used to refinance the existing bond
of EUR 100 million maturing in December 2013. 

Nordea Markets and Pohjola Markets acted as joint bookrunners for the
transaction.
