The public offering of shares in Rovio Entertainment Corporation (the "Company")
to  private individuals and entities in Finland, Sweden and Denmark (the "Public
Offering") has been oversubscribed, and the Company's Board of Directors and the
principal  sellers (Trema International Holdings B.V., Atomico Invest II Limited
and  Silavano Investments S.à r.l.) have,  therefore, decided to discontinue the
subscription  period for  the Public  Offering in  accordance with the terms and
conditions  of the initial  public offering today,  September 25, 2017, at 4:00
p.m.  EET. The institutional offering continues in accordance with the terms and
conditions of the initial public offering.
