Information on Resignation of Chairman of the Management Board of LEO LT, AB

On March 23, 2009 Mr. Gintautas Mažeika, Chairman of the Management Board and
Chief Executive Officer of LEO LT, AB announced that he presented a request to
the Supervisory Board of LEO LT, AB concerning his resignation from the
position of Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of LEO
LT, AB from March 26, 2009.
