Re: New natural gas tariffs

The Board of Directors of AB Lietuvos Dujos by its resolution of Minutes No 1
of 23 January 2008 approved lower natural gas tariffs (valid in 2008) for its
household customers. On 24 January 2008, this resolution of the Board of
Directors was presented to the National Control Commission for Prices and
Energy.
