Siauliu Bankas AB - Notification on material event

Ratings assigned by the rating agency

Moody‘s Investors Service has concluded the review of Šiaulių bankas AB
initiated on 16 December 2010 regarding the possible decrease of financial
strength rating and long-term local and foreign currency deposit rating.
Long-term local and foreign currency deposit rating B1 and financial strength
rating E+ are assigned to the Bank. The ratings' outlook is stable. At the same
time Moody's confirmed the short-term rating “Non Prime” of Šiaulių bankas.
