Lietuvos Dujos - Notifications on transactions concluded by managers of the companies

Notification of the transaction entered into by persons related to the management of AB Lietuvos Dujos

In compliance with the Rules of Notices by the Issuers' Management of
Transactions with regard to the Issuer's Securities approved by the Board of
the Bank of Lithuania, AB Lietuvos Dujos hereby informs about a transaction
entered into by persons related to the members of the Board of Directors of AB
Lietuvos Dujos whereby Lietuvos Energija, UAB acquired, while OAO Gazprom sold
107,734,925 (one hundred and seven million seven hundred and thirty-four
thousand nine hundred and twenty-five) shares of AB Lietuvos Dujos.

1.1. Notification of OAO Gazprom of a transaction of the General Manager or a
person closely related to him with regard to the issuer's securities. 

1.2. Notification of OAO Gazprom of a transaction of the General Manager or a
person closely related to him with regard to the issuer's securities. 

2. Notification of Lietuvos Energija, UAB of a transaction of the General
Manager or a person closely related to him with regard to the issuer's
securities.
