NEW SHARES IN TECTIA CORPORATION ENTERED INTO THE TRADE REGISTER AND THE NEW
SHARES WILL BE APPLIED FOR PUBLIC TRADING 


A total of 647.059 new shares subscribed in the share issue of Tectia
Corporation have been entered into the Trade Register on 27 December 2010 and
the new shares entered into the Trade Register will be applied for public
trading today. The Shareholder rights will commence upon registration of the
new shares into the Trade Register. 

After the Trade Register entry of the new shares, the number of the Company's
shares will be 30.548.208 shares and the share capital of the Company will be
EUR 916.446,24.
