On 9 March, 2016  the Supervisory Board of Energijos Skirstymo Operatorius AB 
adopted the following decisions: 

  -- Approve the consolidated Annual Report of the group of LESTO AB for the
     year 2015 and Annual Report of Public limited liability company Lietuvos
     Dujos for the year 2015;
  -- Approve the consolidated Annual Financial Statements of LESTO AB for the
     year 2015 audited by the audit company PricewaterhouseCoopers UAB, Approve
     the Annual Financial Statements of Public limited liability company
     Lietuvos Dujos for the year 2015 (see attached) audited by the audit
     company PricewaterhouseCoopers UAB;
  -- Approve the profit (loss) allocation of Energijos Skirstymo Operatorius AB
     of the year 2015;
  -- S
ubmit this review to the Board of Directors of Energijos skirstymo
     operatorius AB and Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Energijos
     Skirstymo Operatorius AB to be held on 29 March 2016.
