Changes in the Management of Comptel Corporation

Timo Koistinen, M.Sc (Engineering), has been nominated as Senior Vice President
Europe region of Compel Corporation, effective as of January 1, 2010. Mr.
Koistinen joins from Nokia Siemens Networks where he has held various senior
sales management and business development positions since 1997. Previously he
has worked in Hewlett-Packard in sales and sales management positions. 

Comptel's Senior Vice President of Product and Solutions Mr. Simo Sääskilahti
has been appointed to Deputy CEO of Comptel Corporation effective as of
December 1, 2009. Mr. Sääskilahti has worked in different managerial positions
in Comptel since 2001.
