informed that on the 29th November, 2010 the management of GRIGISKES AB began
consultations with financial services firms on the ability to raise capital for
future investment projects. On the 28th of January, 2011 the GRIGISKES AB and
SEB Enskilda UAB (company No. 221949450), has signed an engagement letter on
the GRIGISKES AB new shares issuing and selling. On the 26th November, 2010 and
the 28th of January, 2011 GRIGISKES AB sent two letters about material events
with a similar content of confidential information to the Securities Commission
which from the date of this communication is to be regarded as publicly
disclosed.
