Mr. Jari Isoaho has been appointed Chief Operating Officer and Deputy of CEO as
of September 19, 2011. 

In addition Aspocomp has established a Management Team consisting of Mr. Sami
Holopainen, CEO; Mr. Jari Isoaho, COO; Mr. Jouni Kinnunen, CFO and Mr. Tero
Päärni, VP, Sales. 

The members of the Management Team will report to the CEO, Mr. Sami Holopainen.
