New EUR 75 million syndicated term loan facility for Ramirent Plc

Ramirent Plc has today signed a EUR 75 million syndicated term loan facility
agreement to re-finance a short-term term loan facility of EUR 75 million. 

The new credit facility is set to mature in 2022.

The syndicate lenders include Danske Bank Plc, Nordea Bank Finland Plc, OP
Corporate Bank Plc and Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company. 

After the refinancing, Ramirent has committed long-term senior credit
facilities of EUR 495 million. On 30 June 2016, Ramirent’s net debt was EUR
354.4 million.
