2012 the General Meeting of Shareholders of public company Lietuvos energija,
AB approved the Financial Statements of Lietuvos energija, AB and the
Consolidated Financial Statements of Lietuvos energija, AB and Its Subsidiaries
for the year ended on 31 December 2011, audited by PricewaterhouseCooper UAB,
the Company‘s auditor (appended). 

The Company also prepared Annual Report 2011 (appended).
