By the decision of the Supervisory Board to revoke these members of the
Management Board of Vilniaus degtine AB - Andrejus Galuška and Raimundas
Čičirka and to elect these new members of the Management Board of Vilniaus
degtine AB - Renaldas Barauskas (Deputy General Manager of Vilniaus degtine AB)
and Dalius Rutkauskas  (Export Director of Vilniaus degtinė AB)
