CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT OF TALENTUM'S SUBSIDIARY IN SWEDEN

CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT OF TALENTUM'S SUBSIDIARY IN SWEDEN


Christer Björkin, CEO, and Axel Östergren, CFO, have left Talentum's Swedish
subsidiary Talentum Media Ab and the Group Executive Management Team. Juha
Blomster, CEO of Talentum Group will also assume the position of CEO of
Talentum Media Ab as of today. The finance function of Talentum Media Ab will
be integrated more closely into the Group finance function. This new management
model aims at a leaner and more efficient organizational structure in Talentum
Group. The notice period salaries will be recorded as extraordinary expenses in
2009.
