Consolidated non-audited results of Company group ALITA, AB for the nine months of 2011 year

Consolidated non-audited results of Company Group ALITA, AB according to the
International Accounting Standards, for the nine months of 2011 decreased 19
percent in comparing with the same period of 2010 and amounted to 5.3 million
of LTL (1.5 million of EUR) loss before taxes. The loss of the activity results
of the same period of 2010 amounted 6.5 million of LTL (1.9 million of EURO)
before taxes 

The result of July - September 2011 amounted to 1.0 mln of LTL (0.3 mln of EUR)
loss before taxes and are better 2.9 times in comparing with the same period of
2010. 

The consolidated sales incomes of the nine months-year of 2011 amounted to 54.8
million of LTL (15.9 million of EURO) and in comparing with the same period of
2010 decreased by 11 percent. 

The consolidated sales incomes of July - September 2011 amounted to 18.7 mln of
LTL (5.4 mln of EUR) and increased almost 8 percent in comparing with the same
period of 2010. 

We present the set of intermediate non-audited consolidated financial
statements of the nine months year of 2011.
