TEO LT, AB reporting dates in 2010

TEO LT, AB (hereinafter - TEO), an integrated telecommunication, IT and
television services provider, informs that TEO Group financial results in 2010
will be released according to the following: 

- Interim consolidated financial statements for 12 months of 2009 - February 10
- Annual audited consolidated financial statements for the year 2009 - March 26
- Interim consolidated financial statements for 3 months of 2010 - April 22
- Interim consolidated financial statements for 6 months of 2010 - July 22
- Interim consolidated financial statements for 9 months of 2010 - October 22.

Annual General Meeting of Shareholders is planned to be held on April 26, 2010.

64.90 per cent of TEO shares are directly and indirectly owned by TeliaSonera
AB (publ), the largest telecommunications corporations in the Nordic and Baltic
countries. 

The Company's shares are listed on NASDAQ OMX Vilnius stock exchange (ticker -
TEO1L) and its Global Depository Receipts (GDR) are traded on London Stock
Exchange (ticker - TEOL).
