Kauno Energija AB - Notification on material event

The claim of UAB Kauno termofikacijos elektrinė

arguing agreements due to the liability to invest not less than LTL 10 million
in AB Kauno Energija infrastructure 

AB Kauno Energija received a notification from Vilnius Commercial Arbitration
Court on 7 May 2013 that a claimant UAB Kauno termofikacijos elektrinė placed a
claim on 30 April 2013 to defendant AB Kauno Energija on recognizing as invalid
since the moment of their conclusion items 2 and 3 of 13 August 2012 agreement
on changes of 31 March 2003 Investment agreement and of 13 July 2005 correction
of its changes (hereinafter - Agreement) and a change of 28 September 2012
Agreement, or on modification of their terms (the change of liability
implementation terms), arguing liability of UAB Kauno termofikacijos elektrinė
to invest not less than LTL 10 million in AB Kauno Energija owned
infrastructure and asking to withdraw due forfeit if those investments would
not be implemented.
