Invalda AB - Total number of voting rights and capital

Regarding stock issues of Invalda AB

On February 9, 2010, Central Securities Depository of Lithuania registered new
issue of 9,090,909 Invalda AB shares, which is added to the existing issue of
42,568,849 shares. After addition, the share issue of Invalda AB, ISIN code
LT0000102279, is 51.659.758 ordinary registered shares, nominal value of one
share is 1 LTL. 
From the moment of addition newly issued shares of Invalda AB are included into
the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Baltic Main list. 

Besides the above-mentioned equity securities, the following debt securities of
Invalda AB have already been issued and registered at the Central Securities
Depository of Lithuania: 
- 7.44 mln. LTL (2.15 mln EUR) nominal value convertible bonds, ISIN code
LT0000410193, maturity date - July 1, 2012, issued according the decision of
the shareholders meeting held on January 30, 2010; 
- 25 mln. LTL (7.24 mln EUR) nominal value convertible bonds, ISIN code
LT0000401812, maturity date - July 1, 2012, issued according the decision of
the shareholders meeting held on November 14, 2008, conditions changed
according the decision of the shareholders meeting held on January 30, 2010.
