received a notification based on Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities
Market Act. JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s total holding in the shares and voting
rights of Outokumpu Oyj exceeds 5% threshold and increases to 5.41% (22,537,483
shares and votes) on January 8, 2016. JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s earlier total
holding in Outokumpu was below 5%. 

JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s indirect holding through controlled undertakings was on
January 8, 2016 5.41% of shares and voting rights of Outokumpu Oyj (22,537,483
shares and votes). The names of the shareholders under controlled undertakings
