Regarding the decision of the Supervision Service of the Bank of Lithuania and the position of the Company

Alytus, Lithuania, 2017-02-09 15:01 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AB Snaigė
(hereinafter the Company) has received a decision No. 241-15 dated 30 January
2017 on imposition of certain measures with respect to AB Snaigė, adopted by
the director of the Supervision Service of the Bank of Lithuania. In compliance
with the decision, hereby we disclose and make available information referred
to in clause 3 of the resolution part of the above decision. 

This report is accompanied by an extract from clause 3 of the resolution part
of the decision No. 241-15 of the Supervision Service of the Bank of Lithuania
and AB Snaigė information.
