DELAY EXEMPTION TO RELEASE THE ANNUAL REPORTS AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS GRANTED



The Company has applied for an exemption from the Finnish Financial Supervision
Authority (FIN-FSA) for releasing its Annual Report, Financial Statements and
Financial Statements Release 2011 on March 31, 2012. 



The FIN-FSA has granted an exemption to the Company for a maximum period of one
month. Annual accounts shall be published on April 30, 2012 at the latest.
