CHANGES IN GEOSENTRIC OYJ'S MANAGEMENT

CHANGES IN GEOSENTRIC OYJ'S MANAGEMENT                                          

The following changes have taken place in the management of GeoSentric Oyj:     

Dan Harple has resigned from his role as group CEO, to pursue personal          
activities and professional activities with Shamrock Ventures, B.V. Shamrock    
Ventures, B.V. will continue to act as a strategic advisor to the company and   
its new CEO moving forward. Dan Harple will also continue to serve on the Board 
of Directors. The company and the Board express thanks and gratitude for        
Harple's commitment, vision and leadership as Executive Chairman and CEO over   
the last 3 years.                                                               

Following Dan Harple's resignation the Board of Directors has appointed Winston 
Guillory to assume the responsibilities of the group CEO with immediate effect. 
Guillory will also continue as a Board member. Tomi Raita will continue as the  
Managing Director of GeoSentric Oyj, reporting to the CEO.
