FINANCING ROUND UPDATE, REMAINING PART OF SECOND TRANCHE RECEIVED AND PLACEMENT 
FEE FULLY PAID                                                                  

As announced before, GeoSentric Oyj entered into financing agreements with its  
lead investor on June 30, 2010 enabling the company to receive financing up to  
the aggregate of 6M€. The terms of the financing were approved by the Annual    
General Meeting held on June 30, 2010. The first tranche of 2.5M€ was raised on 
June 30, 2010 and calling and receiving the second tranche of 2.5M€ was         
announced on September 6, 2010.                                                 

GeoSentric Oyj has now called and received also the remaining 1M€ of the agreed 
financing, totaling the received financing to the agreed maximum amount of 6M€. 
In connection with calling the remaining part of financing the Board of         
Directors has further decided to pay the agreed placement fee on the investment 
by issuing in total 2,500,000 shares without charge to Raymond Kalley, a former 
Board member who assisted the company with the financing round.
