CHANGES IN AFFECTO GROUP MANAGEMENT TEAM

Åge Lönning has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer, to be responsible
for the whole Business Intelligence (BI) business within Affecto group. He was
earlier responsible for Affecto's business in Norway and Denmark.

Håvard Ellefsen has been appointed as the country manager for Norway and
invited to the group management team, and Claus Kruse has been appointed as
the country manager for Denmark and invited to the group management team. Mr.
Ellefsen has earlier worked as the consulting manager in Norway, and Mr. Kruse
has managed the business in Denmark.

Affecto's  management model has been modified to include both management  team
and executive team.

The group management team comprises of the following persons
as at 1 December 2007:
