Regarding the establishment of the Audit Committee of Visagino atominė elektrinė

“Lietuvos energija”, incorporated and existing under the laws of the Republic
of Lithuania, with its legal entity code 220551550 and registered address
Elektrinės g. 21, Elektrėnai (hereinafter referred to as the Company), whose
data is collected and stored in the Register of Legal Persons, informs that on
3 March 2011 shareholders of the private company UAB “Visagino atominė
elektrinė” (legal entity code 301844044), which by the right of ownership owns
477 063 400 ordinary registered shares of the Company, i.e. 97.5 percent of all
the shares of the Company, adopted a resolution to establish an audit committee
of UAB “Visagino atomine elektrine”. The shareholders approved the activity
documents of the audit committee and established that the activities of the
audit committee shall cover UAB “Visagino atominė elektrinė” and subsidiary
companies directly and indirectly subject to it as well as other legal entities
of another legal form directly or indirectly subject to UAB “Visagino atominė
elektrinė”. 

Head of the Internal Audit Division of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic
of Lithuania Mrs. Šmočiukienė and independent members Mr. Garuckas, Mr.
Merkinas and Mr. Reifonas were elected to the audit committee of UAB “Visagino
atominė elektrinė” for four years term of office.
