Offering of covered bonds issued by Landsbankinn

Landsbankinn will offer covered bonds for sale via private placement on Friday,
30 October at 16:00. The proposed issuance will be a tap into three covered
bond series already listed on Nasdaq Iceland, the non-indexed series LBANK CB
17 and LBANK CB 19 and the inflation-linked series LBANK CBI 22.
