PANOSTAJA OYJ'S 330,000 NEW SHARES REGISTERED

Panostaja Oyj's 330,000 new shares have been registered into the Trade Register
today 23 December 2010. Increase in the number of shares is based on the option
rights which were granted to the management of the company under the stock
option plan 2006. 

The number of shares in Panostaja Oyj is now 47,733,110 and the share capital
is 5,568,681.60 euros.
