Changes to the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of Bakkavör Group announces today that Non-Executive
Directors Antonios Yerolemou and Panikos J. Katsouris have for personal reasons
decided to step down as Members of the Board of Directors with immediate
effect. 

Antonios Yerolemou, aged 67, and Panikos J. Katsouris, aged 58, joined the
Board in 2001 as Executive Directors following the Group's acquisition of
Katsouris Fresh Foods in 2001. Mr. Yerolemou retired as CEO of Katsouris Fresh
Foods in 2002 and took up the role as Chairman until 2005. Mr. Katsouris
stepped down as Finance Director of Katsouris Fresh Foods in 2002. 

Commenting on this, Lydur Gudmundsson, Chairman of the Board said:

their work for Bakkavör Group and the significant contribution they have made
to the business over many years. We wish them and their families well for the
future.”
