LESTO AB - Notification on material event

Regarding the establishment of the Audit Committee of Visagino atominė elektrinė UAB

On 3 March 2011 the shareholders of Visagino atominė elektrinė UAB
(identification code 301844044), who own 499 026 215 shares (82,63 percent) of
LESTO AB (identification code 302577612, registered office placed at Žvejų St.
14, LT-09310, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania), adopted the decisions to form
the Audit Committee of Visagino atominė elektrinė UAB, approve its operating
rules and establish that the activity of Audit Committee of Visagino atominė
elektrinė UAB, is applicable to Visagino atominė elektrinė UAB and its directly
and indirectly controlled subsidiaries and other legal entities of any other
legal form directly and indirectly controlled by the company. 
Head of Internal Auditing Division of Ministry of Energy of the Republic of
Lithuania Ms. L. Šmočiukienė and independent members Mr. M. Garuckas, Mr. D.
Merkinas, Mr. V. Reifonas were elected to the Audit Committee of Visagino
atominė elektrinė UAB for a term of 4 years.
