Today the Central Bank of Iceland auctioned Treasury Notes in series RIKB 19
0226 using Dutch auction method. In this auction the estimated amount to be
accepted was up to 10,000 m.kr. nominal value. 

Bids were accepted for 10,000 m.kr. nominal value at the yield of 8,90%. It has
been decided that the annual coupon rate of the Notes will be 8,75%.
