Consti Group Plc: Advance information on third quarter net sales and operating result

Consti Group Plc: Advance information on third quarter net sales and operating
result

Consti Group's preliminary net sales are EUR 77.8 million and preliminary
operating result is EUR -0.8 million for July-September 2017. In July-September
2016 net sales were EUR 70.6 million and operating result was EUR 3.7 million.
The figures are based on unaudited information.

A detailed project appraisal was carried out in the Technical Building Services
business area. As a result of this appraisal, project cost assessments that
lessen the Group's operating result in the third quarter have been adjusted. The
Company's operating result is weakened by profitability problems relating to
project management and execution in the Technical Building Services business
area.

Outlook for 2017 published on September 15(th) 2017 is unchanged: Company
estimates that its total annual net sales for 2017 will grow compared to 2016
but operating profit will be lower than in 2016.

Consti Group Plc publishes its interim report for January-September 2017 on
Thursday, 9 November 2017.
