Concerning information in mass media

Regarding information announced in mass media on 15th September, 2011. We
hereby announce, that AB bank SNORAS (Bank) hasn't made any decisions to
acquire airBaltic shares, Bank is not participating in any negotiations on
acquiring airBaltic shares and is  not going to become airBaltic shareholder. 

All statements that „Baltijas Aviacijas sistemas“ is only Bank‘s „cover“ are
misleading and not realistic. 

We also want to draw attention of investors to the fact that the Bank notifies
about all decisions, related to acquisition or transfer of companies shares,
under the order established by the laws.
