Concerning Stumbras AB interim report and result for the first three quarters of the year 2009

Because of the possible mistakes and inaccuracies noticed in the nine months
financial report, Company's interim report and result for the first three
quarters of the year 2009 will be announced at the nearest future by separate
announcement. Interim report will be announced as soon as complementary
examination of Company's accounting data and interim report is performed.
