Amber Grid - Notification on material event

Signing of a new long-term agreement on the transportation of natural gas to the Kaliningrad Region of the Russian Federation through the Republic of Lithuania

On 24 December 2015, AB Amber Grid and PAO Gazprom signed a new long-term
agreement on the transportation of natural gas to the Kaliningrad Region of the
Russian Federation through the Republic of Lithuania effective from 1 January
2016 until 31 December 2025.
