LESTO AB - Notification on material event

New Board, Chairman and Managing director of the company has been elected.

LESTO AB, identification code 302577612, registered office placed at Žvejų str.
14, Vilnius, the data is collected and stored at the Register of Legal
Entities, notifies that on 17th September, 2013 the Supervisory Board recalled
the Board of the company in corpore and for the term of 4 years has elected the
new Board. Mr. Aidas Ignatavičius, Mr. Andrius Bendikas, Ms. Dalia
Andrulionienė, Mr. Sergejus Ignatjevas and Mr. Virgilijus Žukauskas has been
elected as members of the Board. 

On 17th September, 2013 the first meeting of the new Board took place. During
the meeting of the Board Mr. Aidas Ignatavičius has been elected as a Chairman
of the Board and a new Managing director of LESTO AB. 

By the decision of the Board of LESTO AB newly elected Managing director Mr.
Aidas Ignatavičius will start the office from 23th September, 2013.
