City Service group finalized take over agreement of 6 companies in St. Petersburg

On May 20th, 2009 City Service, AB has signed the agreement and the deeds of
conveyance and acceptance of ownership with representatives of executive body
of St. Petersburg. Under these deeds the Company has purchased 80% share of
authorized capital in 6 facilities management companies of St. Petersburg - ООО
«Жилкомсервис № 1 Красногвардейского района» (ИНН 7806386867), ООО
«Жилкомсервис № 2 Невского района» (ИНН 7811405949), ООО «Жилкомсервис № 1
Кировского района» (ИНН 7805461959), ООО «Жилкомсервис г. Ломоносов (ИНН
7819309098), ООО «Жилкомсервис № 3 Фрунзенского района (ИНН 7816451699), ООО
«Жилкомсервис № 2 Центрального района» (ИНН 7840389346). 20% of authorized
capital in each company remains in control of the city of St. Petersburg. 

City Service, AB will hold a press conference to reveal information in detail
regarding latter acquisition. The event will take place on May 25th, 2009, at
10 a.m. in the conference hall of BNS news agency (Jogailos st. 9/1, Vilnius).
