Rokiskio Suris AB - Notification on material event

Turnover of AB ”Rokiškio sūris” group for 12 months of the year 2007

The preliminary consolidated non-audited sales of AB ”Rokiškio sūris” group for
12 months of the year 2007 made LTL 662.188 million (EUR 191.783 million), i.e.
27,79 per cent more than in the same period last year. In 2006, yearly
consolidated audited sales made LTL 518.144 million (EUR 150.065 million).
