Market Making and Primary Dealership for HFF Bonds 


The Housing Financing Fund (HFF) has decided to offer members of the Nasdaq OMX
in Iceland to sign an agreement on a Primary Dealership System with HFF. 

Members of Nasdaq OMX in Iceland that are prepared to undertake the obligations
of the agreement are expected to sign the agreement between 12:00PM - 1:00PM
on Wednesday June 16th, 2010 at HFF´s main office,  Borgartún 21, Reykjavík. An
announcent will be made on Monday June 14th, confirming the time. 

Enclosed is a sample of a Primary Dealership agreement.
