Notification pursuant to Chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Markets Act: Sp-Rahastoyhtiö Oy’s holding in Componenta has exceeded 5%

Componenta Corporation has today received the following notification pursuant
to Chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Markets Act concerning the shares of
Componenta Corporation. 

Sp-Rahastoyhtiö Oy's holding of shares and voting rights of Componenta
Corporation has exceeded 5%. 

Change of the holding is related to the Share Issue, resolved by the
Extraordinary General Meeting of Componenta Corporation on 5 September 2014 and
directed to the public, where 53,000,000 new shares in total were subscribed
(“Share Issue”). 

In accordance with Chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Markets Act,
Sp-Rahastoyhtiö Oy announces to the Financial Supervisory Authority and
Componenta Corporation the following:
