The Board of Directors of Amanda Capital Plc has today, June 22, 2010, released 
CEO Martin Paasi from his duties. From this date on Amanda Advisors Ltd´s       
Managing Director, Petter Hoffström, will be the acting CEO of Amanda Capital   
Plc. Amanda continues to focus on private equity asset management, in accordance
with its strategy.                                                              

The Board of Directors has initiated actions to appoint a new CEO and to assure 
the company's growth strategy.
