AB Ukio bankas will issue fixed rate bond issue in EUR

At the meeting of the Board of AB Ukio bankas as of 19 January 2010, a
resolution was taken to issue fixed rate bond issue in EUR under the “Base
prospectus of LTL 200,000,000 short and medium term bonds offering programme”
approved on 1 October 2009 by the Security Commission of the Republic of
Lithuania, and to approve the Final terms and conditions of the issue. To view
